Red Rattles is a Charlottesville, VA garage-soul duo, with Luke on guitar and vocals and Davey Jacobs on drums. They met working at a bakery and started playing, in Luke's basement, the most visceral, didactic testimonial blues they could conjure, and it came quick and easy.
